Hello, I’m Lendl, the Licensed Practical Nurse Community Care Nurse at EverKind Home Support.

I began my nursing career in 2012, working in orthopedic and surgical care, and later expanded into community-based settings specializing in wound care, ostomy care, IV support, and post-operative recovery at home. This diverse clinical background allows me to support clients through both the medical and emotional aspects of care.

At EverKind, my role is to provide nursing oversight and coordination for every client, even when care is delivered by caregivers. I work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure care plans are safe, personalized, and responsive to changing needs—so clients can remain comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes.

I initially came to Vancouver Island as a travel nurse, but quickly fell in love with the community, the slower pace, and the natural beauty—and ultimately decided to make it my home. Outside of work, I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors with my family. I share my life with my partner, our two children, and our beloved 13-year-old Yorkie mix.

I am deeply passionate about working with older adults and supporting them to remain as independent, safe, and self-sustaining as possible. I believe in meeting people where they are—offering respectful support, dignity, and care that truly enhances quality of life.
