I’m Rebecca Biernacki, Founder and Owner-Operator of EverKind Home Support. Originally from the East Coast of Canada, I’ve called Victoria home since 1996. My medical training, completed in 2007, led me into home support—a field that quickly became my passion.
Early in my career, I saw firsthand how empowering it is for seniors and those with health challenges to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. That experience, along with years spent in private healthcare and management roles, shaped my approach to care: compassionate, personalized, and grounded in respect.
At EverKind Home Support, I stay hands-on in client care, staff training, and quality assurance, ensuring our services reflect the kindness and integrity that inspired this work.
