Nursing Services
The Nurse Coordinator or Owner personally introduces each caregiver to the client and family during the first visit, orienting the caregiver to the home or care facility so they are familiar with the environment, routines, and care plan, helping ensure a safe and seamless start to services. Our Nursing Services provide professional medical care in the comfort of your home, delivered by qualified nurses and including wound care and dressing changes, blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, medication administration and injections, diabetes support, ostomy and catheter care, skin assessments, and post-operative support, with care provided at all times with compassion, safety, and respect for each individual’s needs.
End-of-Life Support
Facing advanced illness or the end of life requires compassion and gentle care. EverKind provides comfort, symptom relief, emotional and spiritual support, and practical help—honouring your choices and supporting your family throughout this journey. You are never alone.
Post Operation Support
Our Post-Operation Support helps clients recover safely and comfortably at home following surgery. Services include in-home wound care, recovery check-ins, and LPN-guided oversight to support proper healing. With access to 24/7 phone support, clients and families have peace of mind knowing professional help is available whenever questions or concerns arise during recovery.
Return Home Setup & Support
Our Return-Home Setup & Support ensures a safe, smooth transition from hospital to home. We attend discharge meetings, coordinate care plans, and prepare the home with required equipment, supplies, and medications. With LPN-guided coordination, clients and families feel confident knowing everything is in place to support recovery, comfort, and ongoing care at home.
Transportation & Errands
Keep your home comfortable and tidy with our caring home support. We help with light cleaning, laundry, changing linens, tidying up, and small household tasks. You can focus on enjoying your space and spending time on what matters most.
Meal Preparation
